About Journal 

The Journal of East Asian Health (JEAH) is the official publication of the East Asian Health Association (EAHA) and is published by EAHA on a semiannual basis. JEAH is the leading peer-reviewed, scholarly journal that publishes research across the entire range of topics encompassing the domain of global health pertaining to East Asian Countries.

JEAH aims to be a resource for the advancement of the theoretical foundations and the practical applications in the context of health issues pertaining to East Asian Countries (China, Japan, Korea, Mongolia, and Russia) including the Philippines. The journal takes a broad perspective of the global health by covering many vibrant sectors such as health science, health administration, health education, health and medical information, nursing science, medical science, food nutrition, hospital financial accounting, hospital management, global healthcare industry, just to name a few. The journal will publish research papers, reports, and commentaries of significant interest to the community engaged in global health. By being a conduit for sharing intellectual ideas and opinions among the academia and individual global industry sectors, the journal aims to bridge the gap between research and sound decision-making.

JEAH is the only health journal that highlights a diversity of perspectives through research papers, reports, and commentaries of significant interest to the East Asian health community.

JEAH enhances sound research through quick and constructive review of the manuscripts submitted.

JEAH aims to appeal to academics, government representatives, business major students, health science and industry professionals, and health organizations.

To ensure that all articles will be permanently preserved and available a full archival copy of all articles published in the journal is deposited in electronic format into Kyobo Scholar. Additionally, authors of articles published in JEAH are permitted to self-archive the final version of their published articles. Self-archiving is often referred to as green open access.
