Submission Guidelines

Article 1 (Submission Period)

Manuscripts may be submitted at any time (accepted on a rolling basis throughout the year).

Article 2 (Originality)

Manuscripts that have already been published or are scheduled for publication in other domestic or international journals will be excluded from the submission process.

Article 3 (Language)

The language used in the manuscript must be English.

Article 4 (English Abstract)

The abstract must be written appropriately with a length between 200 and 250 words, and must include the Purpose, Design/methodology/approach, Findings, and Research implications.

Article 5 (Submission Method)

Manuscripts must be submitted online exclusively through the Journal of East Asian Health (JEAH) online submission system (https://koybo5.medone.co.kr).

Article 6 (Copyright Transfer Agreement Procedures and Specification of Rights)

Submitters must provide a manuscript submission form, a self-pledge (research integrity pledge), and a publication and copyright transfer agreement. These documents are considered submitted when the names of the author, corresponding author, and co-authors are entered into the 'Research Ethics Pledge' section of the online submission system (https://koybo5.medone.co.kr) and the corresponding checkboxes are clicked.

Upon approval of the manuscript for publication, the author must agree that this journal may reproduce, publish, distribute, transmit, archive, and provide electronic access to the paper through online services and academic databases. Detailed information regarding copyright transfer and usage rights shall be specified in the publication and copyright transfer agreement.

Article 7 (Author Attribution in Joint Research)

In the case of joint research, the affiliations of all authors must be clearly stated in the manuscript uploaded to the online submission system (https://koybo5.medone.co.kr), and the lead author (first author) and corresponding author must be distinguished and checked.

Article 8 (Non-compliance with Regulations)

Manuscripts that do not comply with these submission guidelines will be excluded from the review and publication process.
